Already have solar?

Solar repair in Los Angeles when your installer is gone

If the company that put up your panels closed or stopped answering, call us. We come and look at the system, and you hear what's wrong in plain words before any work starts.

About an hour at your house, on a day you pick. Your price comes inside your plan.

What we handle for you

  • We pull the permit and book inspections.
  • We deal with LADWP or Edison for you.
  • We call you back the same business day.

Panels tend to outlast plenty of the companies that sell them. When yours is gone, the system still needs someone to call when the inverter acts up or a stain shows on the ceiling.

What people call us about

  • An inverter fault light, or an inverter screen gone blank
  • Panels that stopped reporting, so the app shows nothing for days
  • A leak under a mount, showing up as a ceiling stain under the array
  • A bill creeping back up with no obvious cause
  • Reroofing under your panels. See how the panels come off and go back.
  • Adding a battery. See home batteries.

A system check, step by step

  1. Call or send your address. We call you back the same business day, and you get your project manager's name and mobile.
  2. If you can, text a photo of what the inverter's screen shows to (310) 857-2520. It often tells us what to bring.
  3. We come out on a day you pick. The inverter and the monitoring come first, then the wiring we can reach and the mounts on the roof.
  4. You hear what's wrong in plain words, with the price of the work, before we start anything.
  5. Once you say go, we do the work. After that, you text the same number whenever you need us.

One project manager runs your job and texts you at every step.

Callback

Updates
A text each time a step is done, and a reply when you text in.

What we check before we take it on

  • Whether the inverter is still made, or has a current model that fits in its place
  • Whether replacement panels can still be found to match yours
  • Who owns the system. Leased panels belong to the leasing company, and repairs usually go through it first.

The old company's workmanship warranty stays with the old company, and ours starts the day we do the work.

After the work

A plain account of what was wrong and what we fixed. Our work is covered from the day we do it, and when you text the same number later, the person who answers has your system's notes in front of them.

What people ask about solar repair

My panels are leased. Can you still help?

Usually the leasing company has to agree first, because the panels are theirs. If it has stopped answering, call us with the lease papers, and we'll say what we can take on.

What if parts for my system aren't made anymore?

You hear that at the check, with what can go in their place and what it costs. An inverter can usually be swapped for a current model. Matching old panels is harder, and where a fix would cost more than it's worth to you, we say so.
