Not sure which utility you're on?
Your address settles it. LADWP serves the City of Los Angeles and Edison most of the cities around it, while Burbank, Glendale, Pasadena and a few smaller cities run their own. We tell you yours on the first call, with the permit office that goes with it.
Waiting on the city or your utility?
Text your project manager on the mobile number you got on the first call. If the city or the utility is holding things up, we tell you which one and when we last chased it.
Already have solar?
If the company that installed it closed or stopped answering, tell us in the form or on the phone. Solar panel repair shows how a system check goes.
