Solar for your LA home.
We handle the city and the utility.

Solar panels and home batteries across Los Angeles, run start to finish by one project manager who texts you at every step.

About an hour at your house, on a day you pick. Your price comes inside your plan.

What we handle for you

  • We pull the permit and book inspections.
  • We deal with LADWP or Edison for you.
  • We call you back the same business day.

Your plan, step by step

Every step from your call to switch‑on, and who does it.

This is the plan you get for your address before you sign anything. Our steps carry a time. The city and your utility keep their own clocks, so we mark those steps and chase them.

  1. Roof check and your bills

UsOn a day you pick, within 7 days

We measure the roof and check the tiles or shingles where each mount would go. Then we look at your main panel and a year of your bills with you. About an hour, and free.

    What we do

We send your utility what it asks for and follow up until it answers. When the OK lands, we show you how to see what your panels made.

Solar and batteries

What we install, and what it does for your house.

Panels make power by day, and a battery keeps some for later. What that's worth to you depends on who sends your electric bill.

If Edison sends your bill

By day
The panels run the house, and the extra power goes back to Edison.
4 to 9 PM
Power costs the most in these hours on Edison's time-of-use rates, and the state's net billing rules credit your midday extra at less. So we pair the panels with a battery that stores the afternoon's power and runs the house through the evening.
In an outage
The battery keeps the circuits you choose on.

Power costs the most from 4 to 9 PM, and midday power you send back earns less. So we pair the panels with a battery that runs the house through the evening and keeps the circuits you choose on in an outage.

If LADWP sends your bill

By day
The panels run the house, and the extra power goes back to LADWP.
Its own rules
LADWP sets its own terms for the power you send back, outside the state's net billing rules that Edison follows. We match the panels to a year of your use.
In an outage
A battery keeps the fridge and the circuits you pick running. On LADWP that's what it's for, so you decide on one with your project manager at the roof check.

LADWP sets its own rules for the power you send back. We match the panels to a year of your use. Here a battery is for outages, and you decide on one with your project manager at the roof check.

In Burbank, Glendale or Pasadena the city runs the utility and sets the rules. We go through yours on the first call.

Permits and your utility

Your utility decides the paperwork.

Your address settles two things: the utility that connects your system, and the permit office that issues your permit. We work with all of them.

LADWPThe City of Los Angeles, from Northridge to San Pedro
Permit officeLADBS, the city's Department of Building and Safety
Southern California EdisonMost cities around it, from Santa Monica and Torrance to Long Beach and Santa Clarita
Permit officeYour city's building department, or LA County Public Works where there's no city hall, as in Altadena and East LA
Burbank, Glendale and PasadenaEach city runs its own Water and Power
Permit officeThat city's own building department

A few smaller cities run their own utilities too. Your address settles it.

The permit fee is the one cost outside our price: the city bills it to you, and your project manager gives you the figure before anything is filed.

One person, start to finish

One project manager runs your job and texts you at every step.

On the first call you get your project manager's name and mobile number. That person books your roof check and files the permit, then meets the inspector and chases your utility until it answers.

When a step is done, you get a text. When you have a question, you text the same number back.

What it costs

Your price, inside your plan.

You get it after the free roof check, and your project manager goes through it with you, at your table or on the phone.

The contract comes with the plan, so you can read every page before anyone asks you to sign.

Ways to pay. Cash, a solar loan, a lease or a PPA. Your plan shows the ones open at your address.

After switch-on

One warranty, from us, for 25 years.

It's written into your plan and your contract, and it stays with the house if you sell.

If a panel, inverter or rail we installed fails within 25 years, we replace it ourselves. You call the same number, and someone with your plan in front of them answers.

  • Leaks at our mounts. Covered for the same 25 years. If water comes in where we fixed the rails, we stop it and repair what it wet.
  • Your battery. We answer for it too, for as long as its maker covers it. Your plan gives the years for the model you choose.

Already have solar?

Your installer is gone. Call us.

If the company that put your panels up closed or stopped answering, we'll come and take a look. We explain what's wrong in plain words and price any work before we start.

One limit to know up front: the old company's workmanship warranty can't come with your system. Our work is covered from the day we do it.

Good to know

What people ask us on the first call.

Something else on your mind? Call (310) 857-2520 and ask it.

Do I need to be home for inspections?

Usually not. We book the inspection and meet the inspector at your house. If your main panel is indoors or in a locked garage, we'll ask you to be home for that hour.

Who do I call while I wait on the city?

Your project manager, on the mobile number you get on the first call. If the city or the utility is holding things up, we tell you which one and when we last chased it.

How long does the utility take?

It varies, and the utility sets it. Our paperwork goes in the day the inspection passes, and we keep after it until the utility answers. You get a text the day the OK lands.

Can you install on a roof laid over an old one?

Often, yes. A second layer of roofing can change what the city asks for, and sometimes the honest answer is a new roof first. We check at the roof check and tell you before you sign.

Do you handle HOA paperwork?

Yes. If your HOA wants drawings or a panel color before work starts, we prepare the package and send it. HOA review times are theirs, so that step gets its own place in your plan.

What if my installer closed?

Call us. We check the system and price any work before we start. The old company's workmanship warranty stays with the old company, and ours starts the day we do the work.
